More Betterpress tips (and a giveaway!)

Hello! Today I have more betterpress tips in my video and giveaway with Crafty Meraki! Watch the video below and then check out the description for the complete video hop and the instructions to enter to win a Betterpress and a Crafty Meraki Press plate from their new collection!

This Love Potion press plate is beautiful!! Today I used some of my favorite Catherine Pooler ink to ink it up! YES! You can use other inks with the BetterPress. But please watch my video first before you use this ink so you can see a trick for protecting your BetterPress surface! (this ink will get everywhere because it is a foam pad!)

I used the coordinating die to cut out the image and add some extra layers for dimension.

The sentiment is pressed as well from the Gilded Expressions press plate and cut with the coordinating die.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

I hope you enjoyed this project, and if you want to enter to win, go to my video and watch for instructions on how you can enter! (But hurry….you must enter before October 28, 2024).

See you soon with more projects!

Create a Vintage Truck (with a Rust Look!)

Hello! Today I’m excited to share a fun 3D Vintage Truck with a rust look! I’m creating with dies from Pixi Dust Designs, watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:

How cute is this rusty Vintage Truck?! I was sooooo excited to create these 3D trucks today, I had to create TWO! A corn truck and a pumpkin truck! (with candy corns inside the truck bed, and candy pumpkins!)

Mini Slimline with Foil Peek-A-Boo card

Hello! I have a new Mini Slimline with a Foil Peek-A-Boo card to share today! My video is here:

https://youtu.be/ce_8ihowBnw

I adore the Sage Symphony set from Crafty Meraki and I used these images today! I colored them up with Copic Markers and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

The Bar None Mini Slimline is perfect for this card, to show that foiled paper behind it just enough! I used green Lily Pad Decofoil for the Floral Filigree Effortless Shimmer Paper. So easy to foil and such an impact!

I put it all together for a striking card. I hope you like it, too!

Ghosts Creating Potions

Hello! Today I have a new card and video with Ghosts creating potions!

Watch the video here:

I love this Castle Arches die set…it is good for so many occasions and today it’s a dungeon with ghosts!

I created this background with Metallic cardstock and black paint in THIS VIDEO. I love how it looks.

I think ghosts creating potions in a dungeon is so funny! (Halloween sense of humor). Miss Ink Stamps has some great sets for creating this scene!

Can you find the black cat?! It’s from the Under the Stairs die set! I thought this scene needed a little cat to finish off the look. *Wink*

I hope you enjoyed this project today! Are you making Halloween cards yet? See you next time.

Floral Border Wreath

Hello! Today I’m sharing a video and card with a gorgeous Floral Border Wreath! I love these sets and I have some TIPS for you to make it so easy.

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I started out with the Flower Fest stamp set, but if you don’t like coloring or want an easy SHORTCUT, try the Flower Fest Effortless Artistry Paper! The EAP is already colored for you and all you have to do is use the coordinating die to cut them all out! (I’ve linked both below for you to check out).

I arranged my favorite flowers around a Glitter cardstock cut to A2 card size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2). Then I used a sentiment from the Gilded Expressions stamp set. There is also a coordinating die set for this so I can cut out ALL of the sentiments at once. I love this!

If you want FOILED sentiments, check out the Gilded Expressions Effortless Shimmer paper…where you can foil the sentiments, and cut them with the coordinating die!

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!
