You Won’t Believe all the Options on this Layering Stencil!

Hello! I have some fun cards & a video to share. You won’t believe all the options on this Layering Stencil! It’s a fun one for Halloween (or Christmas!) Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I absolutely love layering stencils, but when they come with this many different images & sentiments to choose from…WOW! It’s so easy to make lots of different cards with just one stencil set.

Watch the video to see all the different options you have, along with a couple cards. I love creating with this stencil and if you like to make Halloween cards, this stencil might just be for you!

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

Thanks for stopping by today! Everyday is Halloween right now… (Wink). See you soon with another card to share!

Have you ever felt like a Tornado hit your Craft Room?

Hello! Have you ever felt like a tornado hit your craft room? Well, today I was feeling that…and I decided to craft my feelings! Miss Ink Stamps has some of the perfect sets to create this. Watch the video below or on YouTube:

The Twister stamp set is perfect on its own, but I thought if a tornado were to REALLY hit my craft room…what would be flying around? Well, Cards and Letters of course. Maybe glasses, lightning bolts, and a broom and hat (as a nod to Halloween!) And for sure some glitter or gems!

Haunted Castle with a Nighttime Sky

Hello! Today I have a Haunted Castle with a Nighttime Sky card and video! Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:

This was a fun one to make, and I started out creating that foggy Moon and sky using the Night Sky Scene stencil from Miss Ink Stamps. (I show you how in the video)

That castle die is so awesome and it looks great as a silhouette cut in black cardstock! Then I added some cute Halloween critters to finish the scene. I hope they can catch all that candy they are throwing from the castle windows!

Subtle Textured Sunset with Highland Cows

Hello! Today I have a new card and video to share featuring a subtle textured sunset with the cutest Highland Cows! Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I loved creating this card with the newer Postage Seal & Stamp Collection die set from Miss Ink Stamps….the largest postage die cuts both the frame AND the inner panel! This makes an easy panel for ink blending that sunset.

Distress Oxide inks are perfect for a sunset blend….they are beautiful, dreamy colors that blend so easily into each other. I share my tips for blending in the video.

Once the blending was completed and dried, I used some Versamark ink through a stencil and added some Distress Embossing Glaze. This creates the subtle texture with just a little shine for that background!

I love adding some interest…and that PostMarks set is great in a light grey for an additional touch. I used the same grey to ink blend that postage border to make it stand out from the background.

I ended up using allll the Highland Cows and some blue birds for this card…aren’t they the cutest?

Llama Love and Socks

Hello! Today I have some Llama Love and Socks (with a mysterious magical creature) on a card to share. I have to admit, this one was fun to put together!

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

This card was so fun…using a Layering Sock stencil in the background really emphasized the sock fetish that could be going on here. This stamp set is a new favorite….and this little freshly-sheared fellow might be showing a little bit of embarrassment! Lol.

Just look at some of the details that come with this stamp set: the razor/trimmer, the basket of wool! Those socks came with the Laundry Love stamp set (where this hidden character is also from)…and it just occurred to me that I used the Llama Love AND Laundry Love stamp set on the same card. They work perfectly together!

I hope you’ll watch the video to see how this all comes together!

I hope you enjoyed this woolen sock adventure with me today! See you soon with more cards,
