Foxy Square Shaker for Valentine’s Day

Hello! Today I have a Foxy Square Shaker for Valentine’s Day. This is a fun one and I just love this fox image! Watch the video below or on YouTube:

This shaker is unique because I used a RECTANGLE frame die and did some selective die cutting to make it a square. I love a square shaker….and it’s the perfect size to frame those trees.

The frame is cut from a copper glitter cardstock, which is a great compliment to the vibrant foxes! I share how I colored up those foxes in the video, so I hope you’ll take a look.

The happy smiling foxes are my favorite! I used some pink irridescent shaker pieces for the shaker part to coordinate with my pink trees, pink grass, and blush pink hearts on the frame. So fun!

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

Thanks for stopping by today! See you soon with more cards!

Your Next Chapter with Alice

Hello! I’m excited to share this card that’s a Mini Shaker card….and Alice is looking at your next chapter. Spoiler alert: It’s going to be great!

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I really wanted a mini shaker card that looked like a mini book. So today I’m sharing how to make a mini book with no special dies! Then I add a keyhole glimpse into the “next chapter” using the Nested Keyhole dies from Miss Ink Stamps.

The Pick A Card stencil looks great stenciled with Oxide ink on black cardstock. It adds a subtle design to the front of the card panel! I also added some mini glitter heart keys and card suits in a dark red cardstock.

For the spine, I gold heat embossed the sentiment: “Your next chapter is going to be great!”

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. I hope you enjoyed this project today. Happy New Year!

Halloween Shaker

Hello! Today I have a Halloween full shaker card to share with the new Freshly Boo’d stamp set from Miss Ink Stamps. It’s a cutie!

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I stenciled the background with the Web stencil, but added another layer with a transluscent embossing powder using Coffee Rings (can you see it in the background)? It’s subtle and ghostly!

The shaker pieces inside are from a new mini die set that makes the PERFECT accents or shaker bits! I love them.

I cut my own acetate for this full panel shaker using the Postage Seal and Shaker Collection dies from Miss Ink. The largest die cuts out the perfect A2 shaker panel.

Alice Shaker

Hello! Today I have an Alice Shaker card and video. This is a fun one! I used the Nested Keyholes set to start off the entire card…watch the video below or on YouTube:

I love the postage frame from the Miss Ink Stamps Postage, Seal and Shaker Collection. While there IS a full shaker panel to use in the set, I wanted to turn the postage frame portion into a shaker! So I cut that out, ink blended the inner panel (which will act as the background for the shaker), and put it all together with some acetate and foam tape. Watch the video for the full tutorial.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

I hope you enjoyed this project today! I really loved making it. Shake, shake, shake! I’ll be back soon with more cards to share.

Make a Full Shaker Owl Card

Hello! Today I’m sharing how to make a full shaker owl card with the amazing die set called Postage, Seal and Shaker Collection die set from Miss Ink Stamps.

I love that there are SO many things you can do with this set! Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:

I hope you’ll watch the video for some tips on making a successful shaker panel. I love making my own shaker panels because using the acetate I share in my list, I feel like I can make my panel flatter and easy to attach to my card base, easy to mail, and easy to shake! Today I am using this full shaker panel with the Owls stamps set.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. I hope you love a good full-shaker panel as much as I do! Thanks for stopping by!
