Spring Cards with a Stencil Technique

Hello! Today I have some Spring Cards to share with a fun stencil technique.

Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:

This technique works best when you have a stencil with a lot of larger areas, and a second stencil with a smaller design. For both cards I used the SAME stamp set…Punny Farm Goats from Miss Ink Stamps.

I love the chicken and chicks in this stamp set, AND it also has the cutest goats to choose from! I hope you will watch the video to see how to do this technique.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

Building a Scene with Stencil Fade

Hello! Today I have a fun video to share using the Stencil Fade technique to build a scene. I’m using Miss Ink Stamps for these cards, and they work so well together.

Take a look at the video by watching below or in HD on YouTube:

I really love this technique for fun backgrounds, and I started by inking up the background softly using an ergonomic blending brush. Then I built up the scene using the Meadow Scene builder set.

GOAT Valentine

Hello, today I’m making a GOAT Valentine (greatest of all time!) using Miss Ink Stamps. This Punny Goat set really makes me smile, and the sentiment “You make my Heart Bleat” was too cute! So with a little ink blending, stenciling, coloring, and fussy cutting…we will get this cute card.

Watch the video for all the details AND hear my funny story about a goat:
