Double Window Shaker

Hello! Today I have a Double Window Shaker card to share with some new Magical stamps and dies from Miss Ink Stamps.

Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:

This card was fun to make…with 2 acetate windows that allow you to see back into the staircase on the card base! Take a look at the video for all the details!

I love the Magical Collection at Miss Ink Stamps. I used the Lightning Bolt stencil with Lunar Paste on the front panel, along with the Letters stamp set and Back To Class stamp set (from the new release). See those shaker bits inside the windows? Those are brand new from the newest release and small enough for shaker pieces OR as an element on your card.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

I hope you enjoyed this project today!

Fireworks Card

Hello, today I have a fun fireworks card to share with a video, too! I’m using more images from the Magical Collection from Miss Ink Stamps.

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

I start with a dark background and use some Mica and glittery embossing powder to make things really POP!

I have to admit, I’m really loving the Magical Collection for some fun cards…the images are fantastic! Here I colored up the characters a little darker than I normally might because it is night time, after all. I used Copic markers on them, and I share the colors in the video.

The Mica Sprays in the background are sprayed over the Arabian Nights stencil. I love how they shimmer in the background…I used Gold, Copper, and Silver for this and they combine together so nicely.

I popped up the images using a favorite trick: die cutting the shape multiple times and stacking it up. This makes it so sturdy and a significant embellishment on the card!

I hope you enjoyed! See you soon with more cards to share!

The Magical Mirror

Hello! Today I have a magical mirror card to share! This is a fun one and I’m using the new Magical Collection from Miss Ink Stamps.

I have a video sharing all details, watch it below or in HD on YouTube:

I used the new Magical Stars stencil for the background, and inked it up in a rainbow of colors. Then I offset the stencil to add some gold glitter stars in between that rainbow of stars!

I love that this Heart’s Desire stamp set has coordinating dies. The dies allowed me to cut out the center of the mirror and replace it with MIRROR CARDSTOCK! See my video for how I colored the mirror to look like wood-grain.

I hope you enjoyed this magical project today! I’ll see you soon with more cards!
