Hello! Today I’m so excited to share a new video with some interesting backgrounds for Bats & Spiders. I’m using some new stamps & dies from Heffy Doodle…and this one called Let’s Hang Out is a favorite.
Aren’t these bats and spiders the cutest? I love them so much…better than real ones! lol.
I started out with a couple backgrounds that are so fun for these critters, and then I share how to put these cards together in the video.
I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!
I hope you enjoyed these projects today! Thanks for stopping by!

Today I’ve made TWO cards to share with you, so let’s get started!
Card 1: Trick or Treat Shaker Lollipop Card
I am loving the new Trick or Treat Jumbo Sentiment Die. Today I am going to use a Halloween color combination that I have always wanted to try: PINK, ORANGE, BLACK, and GRAY.
I cut the Trick or Treat Jumbo sentiment die out of pink pearl paper, and then I cut a second sentiment from black cardstock for the shadow. I offset the black cardstock a little to give it some depth.
I chose the NEW Pumpkin Spice Sparkle Mix to use on this card…together with some TREATS from the NEW Sweet Tooth Shaker Dies. These dies can create lollipops, cake pops, wrapped candies, and shaker pops! I’m sure there’s more combinations, too! Today I made some lollipops and cake pops.
How cute is that shaker lollipop?! I put the lollipops together with the Trick or Treat Sentiment and added the gray striped paper from the NEW 6×6 Fright Night Patterned Paper Pack for this first card.
I scattered more of the sparkle mix around the card for good measure. This one is fun to shake!
Card 2: Cake Pops Birthday Card
Since I had already created extra cake pops, I wanted to add them to a card! So I created a birthday card and popped up those pops with foam tape.
The hearts in the background are from the NEW Love is Everywhere Stencil. I love this stencil. The sentiment is from the Sweet as Pie special stamp set (that’s free with qualifying orders! See below).
I love that there is a drippy frosting die in this Sweet Tooth Shaker Dies set…perfect for these cake pops! I cut the “popsicle sticks” from woodgrain paper that I inked on with distress inks.
The frame is cut from the NEW Elm Street Dies. The frame is so perfect for a lot of different cards, not just Halloween cards! I can see a lot of use for this frame die in my future.
I hope you enjoyed these projects today! I’ve gathered the supplies I’ve used and included them here in case you are interested.

Today I have THREE cards to share with you using some of my favorite new products from Heffy Doodle.
CARD ONE: You are LLamazing!
This card was a blast to make with the new ARIZONA stencil! I love that stencil so much…you can change it around to get the look you want to make cactus and 2 styles of mountains! I also colored up those llamas using my favorite “curly hair” technique.
Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube to find out how easy it is!
I love those happy llamas!
CARD 2: Alpaca my bags
For this card, I used the llamas again with more of a “traveling” theme. Those little suitcases are the cutest! I used the Fiesta stencil to ink up three colors of cardstock, then cut them at an angle and used one of each color to create the background. (this technique is also shown in my video!)
The sentiment is perfect for this card, don’t you think? For these “alpacas” I colored them up using more of a dot technique, rather than the curly hair technique.
I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!
CARD 3: Mole Lotta Love
This last card features an easy interactive mechanism made with the mini double slider die from Heffy Doodle. I couldn’t resist these little moles (which are currently a gift with purchase)
I was inspired by some Halloween colors for this one (and my fingernails…LOL!)…and made it with dark purples, greens and blacks. To see how easy that interactive die is to put together on your card, watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:
I can just imagine all the possibilities for this die!

Happy Easter, friends! Today I have a cute Easter card to share featuring more cute bunnies. These are from Heffy Doodle and they are some of my favorites!
This time, the bunnies are hiding eggs AND carrots! Don’t they look like they are having fun!?
I colored them up with Copic markers and used the same yellow plaid paper for the background and the die cut sentiment (also from Heffy Doodle).
Every year, I think I can make a bunch of cards using all my favorite bunny stamps. It’s a great thought, but might literally be impossible. I’ll probably keep on trying until I finally accomplish it. Lol.
I hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend. See you next time!
Hello! Today I have a video showing you some cute Easter Bunny cards using the Lil Inkers Design Peek-A-Boo bunny die.
I love this die and just picked it up a few weeks ago. I definitely wanted to get some Easter cards made before the holiday came and went, but this die is great for cards ALL SPRING long!
Aren’t these bunnies just the cutest? I have a process video showing you just how easy these cards can come together. Watch it below or on YouTube:
I hope I inpsired you to make some cute Easter cards of your own. Hoppy Easter to you and your Family!
