Fabulous & Fast Bookmarks

Hello! Today I have some fun ideas using the bookmark stamps from the Hedgehog Hollow January 2021 kit! These stamps are so fun to use and turn into bookmarks…and they are just the right size.

Try these ideas:

  1. Emboss with silver or platinum on dark cardstock
  2. Emboss with GLITTER!
  3. Stamp in black and clear heat emboss
  4. Stamp in black, paint with Distress Paint, then stamp over it all with black ink (once it’s dry!)

Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube and see how I finished them all off, too using cording, ribbon, and yarn:

These bookmarks are cute alone, but add some finishing touches with ribbon, cording or yarn for a fun touch!

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

I hope you enjoyed! Are you a book lover?

Lose Yourself in a Book

Hello! Do you love to read…or create a book list for yourself for the year? I love to read, but have not read much lately. But today I’m sharing the newest January Hedgehog Hollow Kit that is filled with great book images and sentiments.

Watch the unboxing below and see the card I made; or watch it in HD on YouTube:

I chose only 5 colored pencils for this card, and other than the card kit I have minimal supplies. I love a card that needs minimal supplies sometimes. These images are so beautiful that they can stand on their own!

And now, I’m going to go lose myself in a book! Happy New Year!
