I made a card today using the birdhouse stamp set, and I have a process video to share with you!

Here is my card:

How sweet are those images!!? The flowers and vine dies are also included as a part of the kit! I am just in love with this set.

I added the sentiment to the inside of this card, and you can see a sneak of the inside in my video.

To see the process video, watch it below or on YouTube:

Wouldn’t you love a birdhouse like this in your backyard? I would!

Sensational Sliders (MFT Camp Create Day 4)

Sliders are my new favorite thing to make. Today for MFT Camp Create I made a HIDDEN slider for the first time! I think it it awesome and surprising to have a hidden slider on a card! Oh, and these seagulls are a new favorite set for me:

I used the new MFT Cloud Stencil (another of my favorite new crafty things) to make the clouds AND the ocean waves! So awesome!

The seagull “swims” across the ocean when you tilt the card. [I will add a video here]

Wonderful Watercolor (MFT Camp Create Day 1)

Today I’m playing along with MFT Camp Create. I’ve never fully tried watercolor on this flower stamp set and today was the day to give it a try! I usually try to stay in the lines and control where the color goes, but for this card I let the color go where it may.

And go where it may, it did! It’s fun for a change to allow the chaos of a messy watercolor look. I added some black splatters to add to the fun, loose feeling. A black gingham bow and black striped paper finishes the look.
