Bats & Spiders!

Hello! Today I’m so excited to share a new video with some interesting backgrounds for Bats & Spiders. I’m using some new stamps & dies from Heffy Doodle…and this one called Let’s Hang Out is a favorite.

Watch the video below or on YouTube:

Aren’t these bats and spiders the cutest? I love them so much…better than real ones! lol.

I started out with a couple backgrounds that are so fun for these critters, and then I share how to put these cards together in the video.

I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!

I hope you enjoyed these projects today! Thanks for stopping by!

The Magical Mirror

Hello! Today I have a magical mirror card to share! This is a fun one and I’m using the new Magical Collection from Miss Ink Stamps.

I have a video sharing all details, watch it below or in HD on YouTube:

I used the new Magical Stars stencil for the background, and inked it up in a rainbow of colors. Then I offset the stencil to add some gold glitter stars in between that rainbow of stars!

I love that this Heart’s Desire stamp set has coordinating dies. The dies allowed me to cut out the center of the mirror and replace it with MIRROR CARDSTOCK! See my video for how I colored the mirror to look like wood-grain.

I hope you enjoyed this magical project today! I’ll see you soon with more cards!

The Port at Sunset

Hello! Today I have a simple card with a sunset feel…I love cards like these that have such an impact, but are so easy to make!

I first stamped the brushstroke background stamp in yellow ink. Then I added some Red Leicester and Pink Flamingo inks just around the edges. I blotted the ink before stamping so as not to get harsh lines.

I then stamped the ship images over the top, with the sentiment in Eclipse Black ink.

To complete this card, I used some yellow cardstock as a mat. VOILA! A simple and stunning card!
