Hello! Today I have a new video to share with a SNEAK PEEK of a new stamp set coming soon! Occasionally I am lucky enough to get to do these sneak peeks and today is a favorite of mine: Dancing Bear.
This is the sweetest little 4×4 stamp set, with the Dancing Bear & Bunny image, lots of music notes, and two sentiments to choose from. Today I’m using my favorite “Life is better when you’re dancing.”
This set will be available soon, so keep your eyes open for it! I’m so excited for the new release!
Hello! Today I have some Beautiful Spring Butterflies to share…with cards 3 ways! I love it when you can stretch your dies in this way…and I still have more ideas for this die set. I fell in love with it even more when I started working with it.
This die has so many possibilities! It’s an A7 size (so quite large!) and here I have created a Pop-Up Stand card, an A2 card with the butterfly “Flying off the card”, and a shaped card. I love that it is large enough to create a shaped card on it’s own!
For this card I used an alcohol inked panel for the background. I think it has just enough interest but not so much that it takes away from that gorgeous butterfly. I added gems and liquid pearls to embellish it.
Here is the shaped card! I just love a shaped card, don’t you?
And here is the pop-up pedestal card! Oh this is such a great design…if you add a rubberband to the center of the pedestal, it will “pop-up” every time. You can put this in an envelope because it folds completely flat, and then when you take it out of the envelope it will pop up into shape! Watch the video to see exactly what I mean.
I’m often asked what supplies I use to make my cards and projects, so I’ve put together a list using affiliate links when possible. If you make a purchase with these links I may receive a small commission. These help me to keep up with blog costs and continue bringing you fun projects. Thank you so much for your support!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you loved these projects like I do!
Hello! Today I have some Spring Shaker Tags using some new products from Heffy Doodle.
I love how easy these tags are to create with this set! Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:
I first used the Funhouse Diagonal Stripe Stencil to ink on some light yellow ink, then I turned the stencil the opposite direction and inked on some pink…VOILA! A beautiful Spring Plaid design!
I also create a blue/purple plaid for Spring:
I love the Flock Star Stamp set for these fun flamingoes! I also stamped and colored up some Easter eggs and a little bunny.
The Tag Shaker Die set also includes 4 different hole reinforcer designs, as well as a mini bow. I used all of them on my tags today.
I hope you will watch my video to see how to create these tags, how to make that diagonal background, and how to make sure your acetate doesn’t stick to the Sparkle mixes.

Hello! Today I have a bit of a different card share…What if you Found an Ogre in the Bathroom? That’s exactly the scene I created here using some new stamps from Miss Ink Stamps.
This is a fun card to create, using some fun techniques. Watch the video below or in HD on YouTube:
I share a story in this video that you MIGHT NOT believe! LOL. I almost couldn’t believe it myself. I hope you’ll go watch and see what I’m talking about.
For the wallpaper, I used the flowery layering stencil (all supplies listed below for you) and I do think it’s the PERFECT bathroom wallpaper! I wanted a sort of beadboard look for the lower part of the wall, so I just created my own.
The tile floor is made with another one of my favorite stencils: the Wonky Checker stencil. I love that this brown tile perfectly brings out the brown trousers of the ogre!
I have to say, this card makes me laugh. It’s so silly! I used the images all from the Misery Loves Company stamp set, and added one sentiment from the Rainbows & Sunshine stamp set.
